Well it's basically a steak sauce. Take your meat out of the pan and while it's resting add a splash (about 30ml) to the pan. Let it come to the boil for 10 seconds and then pour over your steak - delicious.
Also fantastic to add flavour to pie dishes. Spoon it over your roast. Jazz up your gravy. Great to splash over the barbecue.
Brilliant to use as a salad dressing or reduced a little by itself and drizzle over risottos.
