our story

Back in 2003, Ricci's Bikkies began in our family kitchen with a simple idea. We wanted to make really good food that people would love to share.

More than 23 years later, we're still doing just that from our bakery in Healesville, in the heart of Victoria's Yarra Valley.

Our signature pita crisps are made using quality Australian ingredients and plenty of care. Over the years they've become a favourite on cheese boards, in pantries and at gatherings across Australia.​

We've since added our buttery Palmiettes de Croissant and, more recently, our Crispy Chilli with Candied Garlic. While our range has grown, our philosophy hasn't changed.

We believe good food brings people together. It doesn't need to be complicated. It just needs to be made well and shared with the people you love.
