how it all began...
In the heart of Victoria’s Yarra Valley, surrounded by wineries and good food, you’ll find a little mud-brick home – and the home of Ricci’s Bikkies.

We’ve been baking our pita crisps here for over 20 years, using locally sourced ingredients and keeping things as sustainable as possible. They’ve become a pantry staple across Australia.

Our range also includes buttery Palmiettes de Croissant – all made with the same care and focus on flavour.

At Ricci’s, it’s always been about simple ingredients, done well.
Ricci’s Bikkies began in 2003, when a young mum with a love of baking started experimenting in her kitchen with a new idea – gourmet pita crisps made by hand, without additives or preservatives.

Ricci’s goal was simple: to create something truly delicious, using quality Australian ingredients and honest methods.

That original recipe still forms the heart of our business today.
Now a proudly family-run company, supported by a loyal team, we remain focused on sustainability, authenticity and making snacks people genuinely love.
