how it all began...
In the heart of Victoria’s Yarra Valley, surrounded by wineries and good food, you’ll find a little mud brick home that sits at the heart of Ricci’s Bikkies.

We’ve been baking our pita crisps for over 22 years, using locally sourced ingredients and keeping things as sustainable as possible. Over time, they’ve become a pantry staple in homes across Australia.

Our range also includes buttery Palmiettes de Croissant, made with the same care and focus on flavour.

At Ricci’s, it has always been about simple ingredients, done well.
Ricci’s Bikkies began in 2003, when a young mum with a love of baking started experimenting in her kitchen with a new idea. Gourmet pita crisps, made by hand, without additives or preservatives.

The goal was simple. To create something truly delicious using quality Australian ingredients and honest methods.

That original recipe still sits at the heart of our business today.
