Since crafting our original Pita Crisps, Ricci’s Bikkies has focused on making honest, well made baked goods, done by hand and made with care.

We draw inspiration from a wide range of flavours, refining our recipes using quality local ingredients and a thoughtful, hands-on approach to baking.

Our range includes buttery Palmiettes de Croissant, delicately layered and baked until crisp and flaky, as well as our Four Pillars Gin Crackers, made with the distinctive botanicals of Four Pillars Gin and designed to pair beautifully with cheese.

Our croissant bites have quickly become a favourite for savoury snacking. Buttery, flaky and packed with flavour.

Available in two delicious varieties, Aged Parmesan available in Coles Deli and French Onion and Tarragon, these bite sized pastries are a natural match for any cheese board, platter or quiet moment of indulgence.

Elegant, moreish and just a little bit fancy, Ricci’s Palmiettes de Croissant are made to be shared. Or not.
four pillars botanical gin crackers
The Four Pillars Gin Cracker was born from a neighbourly idea and a whole lot of recipe testing by our very own Ross McAuliffe.
​
Made in collaboration with our friends at Four Pillars Gin, these twice baked pita crisps are infused with their spent gin botanicals, giving them a bright botanical tang and plenty of flavour.
​
Perfectly crisp and ideal with cheese or dip, they are even better enjoyed with a Four Pillars G&T in hand.
​
You can pick up a pack directly from the distillery or try them as part of their cheese board menu.
