Our Story and Values at Our Melbourne Food Markets 2026 Lineup

In 2026, Ricci’s Bikkies will be attending a range of Melbourne food markets, sharing our products with customers across the city.

Ricci’s Bikkies is a small business with handmade products from the Yarra Valley and beyond, proudly crafting food in Australia since 2003. We are best known as the home of the original Pita Crisp, a much-loved Australian brand now celebrated for over 23 years.

At Ricci’s, we craft our products using locally sourced ingredients with a strong commitment to ethical and sustainable practices, ensuring authentic quality in everything we make.

What We Make Today

Our range reflects both tradition and creativity, shaped by years of experience and customer feedback.

We continue to make our iconic Garlic, Olive and Parmesan Pita Crisps and Olive Oil and Sea Salt Pita Crisps by hand. Alongside these sit our Palmiettes de Croissant, delicate, flaky bites that deliver the buttery richness of a croissant in every mouthful.

We have also welcomed back our much-loved yo-yos, a nostalgic favourite, and expanded into a line of Asian inspired sauces. More recently, we introduced our Crispy Chilli with Candied Garlic, made in Thailand, which has quickly set the chilli oil category alight.

Why Markets Matter to Us

Markets are where Ricci’s Bikkies began and where our small business with handmade products from the Yarra Valley and beyond continues to thrive.

They allow customers to taste before they buy, ask questions, and connect directly with the people behind the brand.

Markets are also where many of our newest products are first discovered.
